FACILITIES

CO-CURRIXULAM ACTIVITIES

The co-curricular and extracurricular activities are organized regularly. The students participate in various competitions, exhibition and community development programmes. Regular students counseling services are provided for students individually.

SCHOLARSHIPS

The reservation category students belonging to SC/ST/BC/MBC/DNC community shall approach for scholarship provided from didistrict Adi Dravidic Tribal welfare department and District Backward classes and Minority welfare department. The necessary information to be furnished in the application form for the same shall be forwarded by the college to the above authorities as request. The same procedure shall apply for students seeking educational loan from nationalized banks.

INSURANCE

The students will be covered under students safety insurance scheme.

PLACEMENT

After successful completion of the course our college offers job placement in Kasini Hospital, Al-Kausar Herbal International Hospital & College on regular basis and salary as per the institutional scle.

GENERAL REGULATIONS

ADMISSION

The Candidates seeking admission to any of the courses shall obtain the prescribed application form from an authorized medical officer stating that the candidate is physically fit to undergo the selected Course.

ELIGIBILITY CANDIDATE FOR ADMISSION/EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Successful Candidates passes 10+2 Pattern or equivalent education in any state board examinations in any subject and minimum of 40% marks. No age limit.

SELECTION

The Selection of the Candidates will be as per the Procedure recommended by the Government from time to time. Male and Female candidates both are selected to join the Courses. (Co-Education System)

MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION

English is the medium of instruction for all the subjects of study and for Examinations.

CURRICULAM

The Curriculam and the syllabus for the Diploma in Unani Therapies (Ilaj Bit-Tadbeer - Regimental Therapies) and Diploma in Hammam and Hydrotherapy shallbe as prescribed by the Thiruvalluvar University, Serkkadu, Vellore.

PAYMENT OF FEES

The Candidates are expected to pay the prescribed fees fixed from time to time within the cut off dates subject to the rules and regulations. The delay in fee remittance will attract fine. The fees once paid shall not be returned under any circumstances. The fees structure shall be obtained from the college administrative office. In case of discontinuation, the candidates have to pay the entire course fee for 2 years, as the lapsed seats cannot be filled by the Management after the cut off dates.

COLLEGE WORKING HOURS

The College functions full day from Monday to Saturday and the working hours are 9.30 am to 5.00 pm on all working days.

UNIFORM

The Students are required to wear the prescibed Uniform for their clinical experience as well as during their theory classes. Uniform will be provided by the college upon payment.

ATTENDANCE

Minimum 75% attendance required for both Theory and Practical examination as per Thiruvalluvar University norms.

DISCONTINUATION

Candidate who want to discontinue will be subjected to abide with the rules of the college enforced from time to time. No refund will be made including the caution deposit.

GENERAL RULES

Students shall echange Greetings with the members of the College and Hostel.


Students must be punctual for the classes and clinicals.


Students must be attentive in the class room and take notes of the lectures.


Students shall maintain desirable Academic progress and conduct which are essential pre requisites for appearing University Examinations.


Every student will be attached to a member of the faculty who will act as the mentor for guiding and directing the student towards academic excellence, personal development, professional competence and sound character.


The students are expected to speak in English and use a courteous and polite language.


Students are expected to conduct themselves with decorum and decency to maintain and promote reputation of the Institution.


Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.


The students are not allowed to use mobile phone during the course of study.
